The cities of Prague and Budapest, as well as Vienna, make up what is called the Magic Triangle. Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, was very quick to adapt to tourism following a fall of the Berlin Wall and the Velvet Revolution that followed.
Budapest took only a little longer to look on the tourist radar, however the Hungarian capital has become established as a strong favourite.

The city centre includes numerous restaurants and cafes where you could like a good meal but, when you have some spare time, try and make your path out from the city centre. You will find that much of the town has plenty to offer.
Budapest, like Prague Escort, features a river as its focal point. The Danube splits the town in two and is over-looked by one of the city's most striking buildings, the home of the Hungarian Parliament.
